Entitlements & Development
We have a long history of managing commercial real estate development processes, from concept creation, through hard-won entitlements and permitting, to managing construction all the way through to certificate of occupancy. Our experience spans many commercial property types. We have worked on developments in complex urban centers such as Atlanta, Charleston, and Washington, D.C., in mixed-use, resort and residential enclaves throughout the southeast and the Caribbean, ski / mountain adventure themed properties in Vermont and Colorado, and beachfront property on the Atlantic.
