About Us
ACP-Communities (“ACPC”) is a privately held real estate consulting, asset management and advisory firm specializing in complex Resort, quality institutional Office, Mixed Use and Land Development Properties for third parties. We are headquartered in Atlanta, GA with team members in Florida, Colorado, Vermont and The Bahamas. ACPC provides advisory and management services to a variety of clients, including private equity, private developers, institutional owners, corporate users, and public/private ventures.
ACPC has a small, nimble and experienced staff of multi-disciplined professionals. We are built on long-term relationships and provide our clients with the ability to outsource a broad array of real estate related services including entitlement assistance, permitting, horizontal land infrastructure, development, project coordination, work-outs, restructuring, and full asset management oversight.
ACPC’s team has participated with its clients in the development of more than 5 million square feet of space and in the oversight of projects with a combined value in excess of $2 billion.
